1. Return Conditions
You may request a return within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it, including all jewelry, accessories, and packaging. Damaged, used, or incomplete items may not be eligible for a return.
We accept returns and are responsible for after-sales issues arising from the following quality problems:

The printed pattern is incomplete or positioned incorrectly.

An incorrect product or size was sent.

The shipping address is different from the information you provided.

The package was lost during transit.

Logistics tracking information has not been updated for 30 days.

To initiate a return for any of the above reasons, you must provide:

Clear pictures of the product problem.

A clear picture of the package label.

A detailed description of the issue.
Note: In cases of logistics problems caused by uncontrollable forces (such as epidemics, wars, or riots), we reserve the right to terminate payment according to the actual situation and will notify you on our platform.
2. The Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Request a Return: Submit your return request via email to emad@ravisiv.com or contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval: We will review your request within 1-3 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Ship the Item: Safely package the item and send it to the designated return address. Please make sure to include your order number inside the package.

Return Review: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement according to your request.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Voluntary Return: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you don't like it or ordered the wrong product), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Quality Return: If the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Policy

Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment platform.

Refund Amount: The actual refund amount will be based on the amount you paid. Discounts from coupons, promotions, or other offers used during the original purchase will not be refunded.

Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to provide a partial refund for items that do not meet the full return conditions (e.g., partially damaged or used items).
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. All exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days and must meet all return conditions.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us at emad@ravisiv.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the damaged item. We will review your claim and provide a solution (return, exchange, or refund) as quickly as possible.
